Grooming care kits that are available on this site have everything needed for daily maintenance of your pet at home.  Small 6-piece kits include scissors, comb, slicker brush, small nail trimmers, flea comb and nail file.  This size is great for cats and small dogs. Medium 7-piece kits have a plastic de-matting rake to gently remove the undercoat in shedding dogs.  Large 8-piece kits include an additional matt splitter with steel blades that easily cut through matted hair.  Fun designer pet colognes that are replicas of department store versions and gentle shampoos are also showcased.

This website offers pet spa services, tips and products to help pet owners care for pets in between visits to the "salon".  Michelle Howard, experienced Freelance Pet Stylist grooming and caring for pets as for over 17 years developed Petkits.com in 2004.  Always a pet lover since early childhood, attended beauty school during high school, Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Technology at Morehead State University, and finally learning to groom pets while working and volunteering for Kentucky Humane Society.  Pet Grooming became a hobby that finally developed into freelance grooming of all breeds of both cats and dogs for various grooming salons and veterinary hospitals.  Currently freelancing and grooming for the Pet School and Hotel in Louisville, KY.
