Repeat customers is key to the success of any business. We as management have strong focus on existing customers and referral customers, says Vineet Narang, CEO XceedAgents.

With growing global customer base and increasing service offerings, XceedAgents is seeing much more acceptance of its services worldwide. Many of our existing customers have been with us for many years and have become strong references for us. Even today, we have 15 percent of our new sales coming from referrals, says Narang.

“The goal of the company is to push the referral customer sales share to 30%. Growing an existing customer is always top of our agenda”, says Sabina Kamal, COO. She adds, "the cost of acquiring a new customer is quite high and referrals come ready to work with you and cut down the project start-up time. This adds value to both the customer and to our business."

Some of the services like web research, sales assistants and web design assistants have been in high demand. The company has seen most referrals happening in these 3 areas.  Till now, there is no Affiliate program but now the company plans to incentives its customers to bring more referral customers.

“We feel that most of our existing customers can easily help us get many more trial pack purchases. This would give us a chance to showcase our expertise and service levels to many more customers globally. This seems to be a great way for us to reach far and wide much faster”, says Narang.

The company will now offer free hours to customers who give referrals, thus increase their usage of services and work with referred customers to convert them to long term customers.
